rude and unpleasant managers For a basic car with 540+ miles "brand new" was definitely not worth it. And the the sales manager made a remark when we said no about the price they gave us and he exactly said to my brother "what job do you do man? This price is great and if you get it I will definitely give you a JOB." That's just too rude coming from a sales manager. In the end of the day we didn't purchase the car and went to Southloop Houston Hyundai and got a way better car that has everything in it for $5000 less than what Ron Carter Hyundai offered us and the car only had 27 miles in it. Got the car in 1 hour, we didn't even have to haggle much for the price. More

Amazing Service and Love my new Elantra GT I just purchased a new Elantra GT from Ron Carter and I have to say I am very happy with it. They knew what kind of car I wanted before I even got it. I just purchased a new Elantra GT from Ron Carter and I have to say I am very happy with it. They knew what kind of car I wanted before I even got it. From the heated seats, dual ac, sun roof, to the sporty look. It reminds me a lot of my first hatchback which I lost in an accident. It feels great being back in another one. Its so fast and zippy and handles amazingly. The dealership staff have been very friendly and courteous and have worked with me every step of the way, and are always there to answer any questions I have. The receptionist is wonderful and so very friendly and always greats me with a smile. The general sales manager Bryce and another sales manager Christian even checked on me when I came in to get my car detailed and again when I went to get my plates. Israel even helped me go over the car again and answered some additional questions I had about it when I came back. I have to say I truly feel like part of the family at Ron Carter. I hear they even have BBQ's on the weekends for their customers, I am so gonna have to check that out. More

Went to get a used car and came out with a new!!!!!!!! We left with a newer vehicle and a warranty i was even expecting to get!! i thought it was gonna be like most car lots but they went above and beyon We left with a newer vehicle and a warranty i was even expecting to get!! i thought it was gonna be like most car lots but they went above and beyond!!!!!!!
