LETS SEE, FIRST DEALER ADDS ADDITIONAL WARRANTY PACKAGE TO SUGGESTED RETAIL PRICE WEATHER FRIENDLY CUSTOMER SERVICE ?, SALES PERSON SOMEWHAT ARROGANT. LETS SEE, FIRST DEALER ADDS ADDITIONAL WARRANTY PACKAGE TO SUGGESTED RETAIL PRICE WEATHER YOU WANT IT OR NOT. HAD TO SPEND HOURS GETTING THE PRICE LOWER, VERY AGGRAVATING. FINALLY GOT THE CAR AND A FEW DAYS LATER NOTICED THEY HAD NOT PUT A SPARE TIRE IN THE TRUNK. AFTER 4 UNTURNED PHONE CALLS TO SALESMAN, CUSTOMER SERVICE AND SALES MANAGER, I HAD TO DRIVE TO THE DEALERSHIP IN ORDER TO GET A SPARE TIRE. NO APOLOGIES. I HAD PAID ADDITIONAL FOR BACKUP CAMERA WHICH THEY TOLD ME WAS GOING TO TAKE 10 DAYS. AFTER 10 DAYS I CALLED A FEW TIMES AGAIN WITH NO ONE RETURNING MY CALL. I HAD TO DRIVE AGAIN ON A SATURDAY TO THE DEALERSHIP WHERE THE SALES MANAGER SAID I HAD NOT PURCHASED ANYTHING ADDITIONAL AND ASKED ME FOR A PURCHASED RECEIPT, SOME KING OF AND IOU WHICH THEY NEVER GAVE ME. THE SALES MANAGER THEN TOLD ME HE WAS GOING TO CHECK ORIGINAL PAPERWORK ON MONDAY. HE CALLED MONDAY AND SAID I WAS RIGHT, TO BRING THE CAR IN NEXT DAY. NO APOLOGIES FOR MAKING ME FEEL LIKE I WAS TRYING TO GET SOMETHING FOR FREE OR THE FACT I HAD WASTED WEEKS, PHONE CALLS AND FINALLY DRIVING TO THE DEALERSHIP. A FEW WEEKS LATER I CHECKED ANOTHER DEALERSHIP AND I COULD HAVE SAVED A FEW HUNDRED OF DOLLARS. I THINK NEXT TIME I MIGHT GO TO ANOTHER DEALERSHIP. More
Great overall experience James Teng and his guys were absolutely fantastic in helping me get into the exact car I wanted. Dishonest Bought a car from Christian Karamitsos and James Teng this past Thanksgiving and experienced one of the worst transactions of my life. After finding t Bought a car from Christian Karamitsos and James Teng this past Thanksgiving and experienced one of the worst transactions of my life. After finding the car at the right price, I called to set up a time to come purchase it since I was coming from Midland and they are in located in Houston. In our conversation I was assured that the car was in 100% working order and all the options on the car were in good working order. I specifically asked James Teng to go check out the car and give me a report as I didn't want to drive all the way down form Midland unless I knew everything was in good working order. I was assured by Jame Teng that he personally checked out the car and that it was a one owner car in perfect condition. I arrived at 8:00 in the morning on Wednesday before Thanksgiving and drove the car although I didn't test everything. My mistake!! After purchasing the car I found that the navigation system didn't work, heated/cooled seats didn't work, heated/cooled steering wheel didn't work, along with other items not working. I have since filed a complaint with Cadillac in Detroit and filed a lawsuit for deceptive trade practices in Houston. I would have expected this at a small car dealer but not a large dealership like Ron Carter. They just told me what I wanted to hear to sale the car. When I finally took it to a reputable Cadillac Dealership and had an inspection done, I found out major items they represented were in 100% working order was in fact not working at all. When I informed them of the fact of all the items on the car was in 100% working which was an outright lie. I tired to make it right by offering to brink the car back and have them fix all the things they said were working but they said it was my problem. It is guys like this that give car salesmen a bad name. They are shake down artist for sure and I would advise a buyer beware attitude when dealing with these type people. More

So she bought one and was also very happy with the sale person Anthony Merchant hes a very patient and busy man. I also came in for a test drive with Mr. Marchant it was great but I just dont like the Elantra its a little small and a bit much for the price. But I will keep recommending others to come. More
