Agonizing experience If you are tired of gimmicks and pressured sales, look elsewhere. When it came to pricing! This dealer was full of gimmicks. They try to trick you with false sales prices and want to add a 3k protection package to each deal. Save your time and drive a few exits south. The entire process was painful and although the salesman did a great job, management wanted to play games and was only concerned with maximizing profit Don't let a free Saturday lunch or other gimmicks keep you from a great deal, head south. Don't waste hours looking for the right deal when Demontrond can do it all with one stop and do it right the first time". Walked from Ron Carter and got a much better deal from Michele and Jeff at Demontrond with 1/2 the hassle. More

I knew my credit was not up to part; however, the salesmen me finance manager worked tearsly to achievea goal we all sat out for. Me, purchase a car and for them to sale one. At the end of the day both was achieved. I also received credit rebuilding advise and was educated on the importance of credit on which I did know. I'm so elected and greatful to Mr. Israel for his understanding and caring attitude. I'll re command this dealership to everyone keep up the excellent work.!!!! More
