Incompetent Staff Our sales person spent 2.5 hours with us and was not able to answer any of my questions knowledgeably. It took 2-3 people to tell us what the differen Our sales person spent 2.5 hours with us and was not able to answer any of my questions knowledgeably. It took 2-3 people to tell us what the different warranties actually covered. I was shown multiple cars and none of which were the exact one I wanted to see. I was asked to fill out credit paperwork to have it all filled out when talking about a deal. I asked the salesperson multiple time if he was going to run my credit and he assured me that this was in preparation for talking about a deal because he wasn't qualified to talk numbers. My credit report was run without my authorization and before we even discussed the price of the vehicle. That was a hard inquiry on my credit. I was told by Ron Carter that I needed to call the credit bureaus and ask them to remove the inquiry. Equifax wants the dealership to send an electronic notification that they shouldn't have run my credit and Transunion wants a letter stating why my credit was run. So after spending 2.5 hours with an incompetent salesperson, I now have to sit on the phone with credit companies to ensure that my credit report isn't negatively affected by their inquiry. At the end the price wasn't what I wanted it to be and that's fine but the incompetency and negativity with which the staff treated me and my family was completely uncalled for. This is not a dealership that I would ever give my business to. More
