Disappointing My experience started with a test drive. Salesman was not friendly at all (Anthony Merchant). My husband went the next day to look at car. It was very difficult to get anyone to call us back. When we did speak with someone they all said give me 10 to 15 minutes and I will call you right back (Christian Karamitsos). No call back. The salesman we were trying to work with quit and never let us know. Finally, was able to get someone to agree to meet with us again (5 days later). By now the price had increased $1,000. They would not honor the previous internet price stating that, "When I see something I like, I buy it then. I don't wait." (Christian Karamitsos) That is a quote! He did not care at all about any of the prior story. He commented that the manager had not looked at the car before he initially priced the car then he said the price changed because they put new tires on the vehicle. The true story is obviously they didn't take the time in the beginning to check the car. They did not want to make a deal with me because they realized they could sell the car for more because of their mistake. I have bought multiple cars and have never been treated so poorly. DO NOT USE THIS DEALERSHIP IF YOU WANT TO BE TREATED RESPECTFULLY AND LIKE YOU A HAVE A BRAIN. Head on down to Gay Pontiac or McRee Ford. I have bought from both dealerships and have had wonderful experiences. I will say Sosa was the only salesman I worked with that seemed to have a heart. More

They will also work with you to have you leave the lot with the car you want. I would definitely recommend anyone to this dealership particularly Jon Miller. More

I'm 22 and I'm proud to say that the Ron Carter Dealership was where I purchased my First Car! And I really can't complain about the treatment you get over there! Lupe Pena was the salesman who worked out the best car deal ever. When talking with him, he was not only able to find me the best credit union to finance a brand new car (even though I had no previous credit score) but he also gave me some really awesome advice on payments and car maintenance. Seriously, Ron Carter is the best dealership ever, Lupe Pena is the best salesman ever, and I'll be coming back for my next car. More
