My Overall Experience I was very satisfied with the outcome of my new car (a 2014 Elantra Hatchback). My salesman, Stephen Payne, was very patient as I initially started l I was very satisfied with the outcome of my new car (a 2014 Elantra Hatchback). My salesman, Stephen Payne, was very patient as I initially started looking at cars with him last year (June 2013), so I am sure he was really surprised that I even returned to the dealership and asked for him. Mr. Payne explained the functions of the car to my satisfaction. Overall, it was a very pleasant (and painless) buying experience. Mr. Lisandro Sosa assisted Mr. Payne with my purchase as it was a Saturday and they were slammed with customers, but they both handled the final details to my satisfaction. I will certainly refer my salesman, Stephen Payne, and the Ron Carter dealership (in Friendswood) to my family and friends. More
