Each of these men were welcoming, reassuring, and comforting that they would be able to be able to not only find us realistic financing options, but that our trade in with a negative equity was not going to prevent me from anyone helping. Each of these men were truly caring, compassionate and reassuring & made us feel like I was #1 and that our best interest was their main concern. As busy as they were, I always felt like part of the family and that they were looking out for ME and MY SON. This is the ONLY place I will ever buy another vehicle from now own. More

As car buying goes, a fun process! James Teng, sales person was excellent as was Kerry in finance. Be patient, play the game and you will get a fair price for a great car. The level of customer service at this dealership is as good as it gets. The volume of cars they have in-stock is unbelievable! They had the exact color, options, etc. I wanted on a Veloster R-Spec Turbo. We came in on a Saturday at about 6:30 pm and the place was absolutely overrun with customers. I have NEVER seen a dealership this busy. We were immediately helped by James Teng. He was knowledgeable and courteous and a pleasure to work with. It took a few times back and forth with the Sales Manager (as with every dealership) but we did get a very fair price both for the car and my trade (got Kelly Blue Book trade-in value). The finance person Kerry, did exactly what the deal said, no funny business. He also did an excellent job of presenting the extended warranty but did NOT use any high pressure sales tactics. Very professional and courteous. I would definitely recommend Ron Carter Hyundai and in particular James Teng. More
