They made purchasing a car easy! So easy, we bought two! I was trying to keep my old VW alive for the past few years (more like 7 years) because I hate the car buying, wheeling-dealing nonsense. However, I found a great deal on a new Elantra, and decided to go check it out. I met Christian Karamitsos in the lobby. I told him the stock numbers of the cars I was interested in buying, and that I was just browsing. He spent a lot of time describing the cars in a non-salesman manner. I test drove a couple, and then I left. There were no pressure or trapping tactics involved. The next week, I went back. Christian remembered me, the cars I looked at and the price range I wanted to stay in. In no time, I was in a new Elantra (great car, by the way). I enjoyed the experience so much, I met with Christian and his teammate, Ralph, the same day and bought my wife a Santa Fe. Never thought I'd say this, but... Great Car Buying Experience(s). Bait and Switch - DECEPTIVE PRICING Following up on an online ad from Ron Carter Hyundai web page on an Elantra, got to the dealership and the car advertised for 11,710 was now over 26,0 Following up on an online ad from Ron Carter Hyundai web page on an Elantra, got to the dealership and the car advertised for 11,710 was now over 26,000. When the sales pitch started I was told I had to qualify for about a dozen programs to get the advertised price. This was mentioned NO WHERE on the online add and when I called the dealership to confirm the online price nothing was mentioned either, they were asked twice during the call if the price was accurate. Also, extras were added to the price that were not on the car, it was just off the truck and still had all the crap in the back and plastic wrap covering everything. Place is majorly deceptive in their business practices. If they are so bad at sales, the rest of the dealership can't be any better either. More

From servicee to a new vehicle in just a few short hours I took in my 2011 Sonate for service on a minor issue with the tire pressure light coming on. Best place to get your new car Anthony Merchant was very nice and very informative in assisting me with buying my new 2014 Hyundai Elantra I didn't buy my first Hyundai car from thi Anthony Merchant was very nice and very informative in assisting me with buying my new 2014 Hyundai Elantra I didn't buy my first Hyundai car from this particular Hyundai, but I wish I did because Mr. Anthony Merchant was much nicer and treated my like I was family he listened to everything I wanted in my new car and he made sure I was well taking care of before I signed any paperwork. If you are ever looking to buy a car soon I do recommend you go to Ron Carter Hyundai Clear Lake and make sure you ask for Anthony Merchant he truly makes sure you have every thing you want and need in your new car he really takes good care of his customers. He is friendly, accommodating, professional and very personable. Mike, a manager, though new, will instill confidence in himself as to helping you get what you are wanting from the get go. It seemed impossible, once again, but Ron Carter Hyundai pulled it out again. Nothing down, traded up (2014) after only one year in my current Elantra Ltd., same car payment but with Tech package. If you become a loyal customer they will make it all happen provided you do your part as well (excellent car credit) and a qualifying income. GO SEE JOSH!!! You won't be sorry. More
