Don't buy anything from this dealer. I have not received all of what I was promised when I bought my car. The first time my wife took it back in they did the " it's a woman thing". Dishonest, bait and switch I was in the market for a Hyundai Veloster when I saw a Ron Carter ad and low price on the model. I emailed internet sales a request, and was contacte I was in the market for a Hyundai Veloster when I saw a Ron Carter ad and low price on the model. I emailed internet sales a request, and was contacted by Christian Pruitt. We went over all the rebates I didn't qualify for and found the price for the specific vehicle in which I was interested. I asked straight out, no xx what the drive out price of the car would be, she emailed me all the specifics so I had it in black and white. Quote was $15,350.00 plus/tt&l. I receive a call from Paul, that he'll be my pointman on site, so I call and arrange a time to drive down(65miles) and complete the deal. We show up drive the vehicle, happy, so we sit down to do the paperwork. Initial sales sheet shown to me has a $21,000 price tag. I remind Paul of my quote and send him back to finance 3 times. He finally hands the deal over to finance mgr Scott Sanders. Scott comes over and proceeds to do a song and dance about prep/fees/dealership packages etc..... So I ask him to bring Christian to the table and come to an understanding of the quoted price. He "of course says that she isn't there so there is no way of coming to an understanding. Best price Scott could give was $18,488.00, still $3k over the no xx quote I received less than 24hrs before. Scott Sander demeanor and disposition was one of "I don't give a xxxx, I don't want to work with you", so I clarified one last time and he stated that he wouldn't meet the quote, so we left. Side note, while we were waiting in the sales office, a worker gave us a FIFA/Hyundai advertising soccer ball. As we're pulling out of the lot, Scott runs out and asks for the ball back?.?.?. I was more than happy too. I want NOTHING from this dealership. Also, as we were driving away, I called the dealership and asked for Christian in internet sales....and yes, she was there the whole time. David V More
