Great experience!!!!! Went to Ron Carter to check out a 2011 Jeep Wrangler listed through auto trader and actually drove home in it that night! We dealt with James Teng who Went to Ron Carter to check out a 2011 Jeep Wrangler listed through auto trader and actually drove home in it that night! We dealt with James Teng who was very knowledgeable and friendly. He set my wife and I up with a test drive, let us take the vehicle out to eat actually which was pretty cool, then came back and talked numbers. He worked with us on getting a good deal on our trade in and kept our payments actually 20 dollars under our budget. There were a few things we wanted taken care of on the Jeep which were done with no hesitation. He even set us up with a loaner vehicle while the work was being done. All in all it was a great experience and we love our new Jeep. More

Love my new car! I came in with thoughts of skepticism but after talking with David he made us feel comfortable from the start. He answered all our questions and he made sure to get us the price range that we had in mind. Even though we didn't get the E-price, we got a car that had more features at a great price and David even explained to me over the phone before I got there that the Eprice is for if you qualify for all the incentives, so I knew what to expect before I got there. Even though it was late, we were never rushed and he made sure to have the car washed & detailed so we can drive off in style. Even after the sale was done he followed up with us to make sure everything was ok with our 2014 Hyundai Elantra. I would definitely recommend stopping by and asking for David Waters if you are looking for another vehicle, he will take care of you and shows great patience when dealing with you. More

The perfect Graduation gift I came across Ron Carter Hyundai dealership through auto trader & I was amazed at the prices they had cars listed for. My husband & I were in the mark I came across Ron Carter Hyundai dealership through auto trader & I was amazed at the prices they had cars listed for. My husband & I were in the market for a new Hyundai accent for my daughter as a high school graduation gift. We completed a pre approval online and within minutes we heard from a rep from Ron Carter (Stephen Payne). Stephen was nothing but helpful in assisting us to purchase the vehicle. We visited the dealership and within the day we had the keys to her new 2014 Hyundai accent! The staff was very attentive and courteous to us as we waited for paperwork to process, they even stayed after hours to complete everything and make sure we were fully covered. I would recommend Ron Carter to anyone in the market for a new or used vehicle! Thanks again!!! More
