Love my unexpected new car I was coming in to get my Hyundai Elentra serviced and was talked into trading it in and leaving with a brand new Volaster. I have been to many Houston area dealerships in my quest to find the right car as well as a good salesman. When I arrived at Ron Carter, I was immediately greeted by John Russ. This man was friendly, knowledgeable, and enthusiastic about his job and earning my business. John bent over backwards to make sure I had a great car buying experience, got the most for my trade and a very reasonable price for my new care. Great Customer Service I recently purchased a brand new 2014 Santa Fe Sport from Ron Carter and I am very pleased with my new vehicle. My sales person Maryann Estrada wa I recently purchased a brand new 2014 Santa Fe Sport from Ron Carter and I am very pleased with my new vehicle. My sales person Maryann Estrada was as nice as she could be. She walked me through the trade in agreement and purchasing procedure from beginning to end and I drove away getting everything I wanted. The sales staff there are very friendly and I was very happy with my experience at the dealership. When I went in to pick up my licence plates Maryann was not not in but a very friendly salesman Tasos Karamitsos went to find them for me and even went the extra mile to install them for me. I was, however, i thought my credit was too bad to get another car especially a new one. They are more interested in arguing than selling I tried for over an hour just to get them to give me a price. They wouldn't even talk to me until I signed a paper saying I would buy a car they hit I tried for over an hour just to get them to give me a price. They wouldn't even talk to me until I signed a paper saying I would buy a car they hit a pric e I wrote down. I don't sign blank checks or informal contracts. They kept arguing with me saying I wasn't committed. I really tried to just get one price out of them and never could. I finally walked out very frustrated. I have bought many cars in my life and I've never had a worse experience with a dealer. More
