Pleasant Experience Veronica was very accommodating and extremely pleasant to deal with. the worst service i would not recommend this dealership to anyone. Israel started off being nice but his attitude totally changed. He was not trying to make a deal and i would not recommend this dealership to anyone. Israel started off being nice but his attitude totally changed. He was not trying to make a deal and provided horrible service. He lied over the phone claiming one price, and once i arrived he changed the price. Israel took my time for granted he did not care. I drove to clear lake four times which was a waist of my gas. I am not only dissatisfied i am also disappointed in the service of this so called salesman. i would have expected much better service. Excellent Experience I had a great experience buying a new Elantra from Ron Carter. Both Daniel and Ralph were courteous and definitely sold me the car with the lowest pri I had a great experience buying a new Elantra from Ron Carter. Both Daniel and Ralph were courteous and definitely sold me the car with the lowest price in town. After we bought the car, Ralph was patient to show us how to operate the vehicle and gave us his cell phone number to call him whenever we need him. When I went back to get the license plates, Ralph was very kind to fill up a full tank of gas for free as well as putting on the plates personally. I would definitely recommend this place for my friends who need to buy a car. More
