We've purchased all three from different Hyundai dealerships, this being the third. Out of the three, Ron Carter was by far the best experience we've had. My husband and I did most of our research for the car we wanted online before going to any dealership for a test drive. We contacted a sales representative, Bryan Bittick, who was courteous and answered all of our questions. We knew exactly what car we wanted and met with Bryan for a test drive. He didn't try to sell us on anything else. Took us straight to the car we asked for. He did a very fair job of working with us on the price to make sure we were happy and got the car we wanted. The financing was quick and painless. We got to drive our new car home that night. We've had the car for a couple of months now and couldn't be happier. The dealership has sent a few care packages, including an entire car care and cleaning kit. Overall, the experience we have had with this dealership is well worth the five star rating! Everyone there made us feel welcome and were a friendly bunch. The care packages in the mail were a nice touch and reminder of how much they appreciate our business. I would definitely recommend this dealership! More

Compared to an Alvin dealer Ron Carter Hyundai was head and shoulders above with respect to honest, clear communications and responsiveness to our questions and concerns. Good Friday Excellent Experience My wife and I went in Good Friday to do some car shopping. Paul was our salesman and he was great. Went in looking at two different cars and Paul info My wife and I went in Good Friday to do some car shopping. Paul was our salesman and he was great. Went in looking at two different cars and Paul informed us of the great deals and rebates on the Sonata. He took time to answer every question we had and willing to test drive both cars. We made the decision on the Sonata. Paul followed us through every step of the way. Before we left in our new car he made sure my wife knew what every single button in the car did and how to use everything. In the past I had not liked the car buy experience but the folks at Ron Carter Hyundai and Paul made it very comfortable for me. Happy wife happy life. More

Tasos - you the man!! I stay in Houston, that is more than 40 miles away from Ron Carter Hyundai dealership. But with all the good reviews i read, I was ready to drive all the way to look for my next car. I found all the reviews to be true that this is one of the most friendly dealership. They make you comfortable with all the required information and do not pressurize to buy the car. I worked with Tasos, who is perfect professional with thorough knowledge of cars. He suggest what is best for you and let you make the decision rather than pushing you to make the decision. I would definitely recommend Tasos and the dealership for friendly environment they provide for your next big investment in car. More

Sales Scam I contacted their internet sales manager Jim Holsen because of the great price of $6900 off of MSRP which would include about $3500 of rebates that wa I contacted their internet sales manager Jim Holsen because of the great price of $6900 off of MSRP which would include about $3500 of rebates that was advertised on Autotrader. It was going to be a long drive down to Houston from Dallas but the I thought the savings was worth it. Over the next the next couple of weeks I tried to get them to send me a purchase order so I could come down and buy the car. Instead they would totally ignor my calls and emails. When I did get a hold of them they would say they would call me back but then never did. Finally I did some research and found out that they have had deceptive trade practices filed against them with the state of Texas, have tons of negative reviews on Yelp, google etc and their BBB rating is a "D". Bottom line is they try to get you down there with a low ball quote and then of course switch the price. Do yourself a favor and run from these crooks. Buy from someone who will give you an honest quote and return your phone calls. More
