Ron Carter Hyundai: They Keep Their Promises It was a pleasure to purchase our new 2014 Hyundai Elantra LTD from Paul Jones at Ron Carter. I knew what I was looking for, a black car with a black It was a pleasure to purchase our new 2014 Hyundai Elantra LTD from Paul Jones at Ron Carter. I knew what I was looking for, a black car with a black leather interior. I found they had one online, I emailed them and they got right back in touch with me. During the test drive they helped me sync my phone to the Bluetooth system in the car, no other dealer I had been to did that with me, then they let me have an extended test drive. They were always respectful of my time, and that was very different as well. At other dealers there was a lot of waiting around, but not at Ron Carter. They were straight with me about pricing and walk-out price, which was also something I had an issue with at other dealers. Someone at the dealership has obviously read "The Checklist Manifesto." This is a plus. They have a checklist for everything to ensure they meet your needs. This is indeed refreshing! More

Ended up trying many different vehicles before deciding on this car. We came by late at 8pm to discuss prices and went ahead and purchased right there. He put up with us to pretty late. Was exceedingly patient with us, when we kept leaving things in the vehicle we traded in and the brand new loaner while waiting for our new car. Alexis did a great job and we are very happy with our new vehicle. More
