Fun day, great experience, would do it again!!! We set out to find a good quality and dependable vehicle for our 16 year old daughter. In doing so, we knew we didn't want to put her in too much of a vehicle and/or go overboard on the cost of one. We have always heard great things about Hyundai and living in Houston, we see them EVERYWHERE on the road! This obviously speaks for something! We set out on our venture and researched many make/models including the Hyundai Accent Hatchback. After much comparison and visiting the Hyundai dealership 3 times, we chose the Accent because it fit everything we were looking for in a vehicle. James Teng was assigned to us at our first visit to the dealership; wow did we get lucky! James is a very good listener, understanding of your needs, wonderful personality and makes you feel really comfortable about buying a car. He knows the vehicles inside and out, and represents the dealership with the utmost respect. He was very patient and attentive while we chose to drag him on several test drives in different vehicles. Although we weren't in any hurry to purchase and were considering waiting 4-5 months, we found ourselves back at the dealership this past weekend and went home with a beautiful new Accent. Needless to say, our daughter is ecstatic and so are we. Everything went well, and we felt like we had built a new friendship with James and Manager Phil by the time we had left. What an exciting time for us and a great experience for our children to enjoy. James fulfilled all our needs and was very thorough on everything start to finish. The Ron Carter Hyundai holds the honors it does because they stand behind everything they say, sell and do. It is because of these very qualities that we provided the rating we did and we chose Ron Carter Hyundai for all these reasons and more. We all know that the only fun part to buying a new car is the smell, and going home with it. All the rest of the stuff is usually nothing but a big hassle and many hours of time spent waiting in a dealership to seal the deal; not at Ron Carter Hyundai! Don't wait another minute.
