Buying a car is a hectic task because not many car dealers are trueful with their advertisement. I went to a Hyundai dealer at NorthWest, near Interstate N.45, and asked the sale person if she ho dealers are trueful with their advertisement. I went to a Hyundai dealer at NorthWest, near Interstate N.45, and asked the sale person if she honor the $3700 incentive for buying a new 2014 Elantra. She said yes. We sat dowm, and she gave me the price for out of the door, after subtract $3700, it was close to $17,500. I agreed the price and went on a test drive. Coming back to her office, and after checking with her boss, the price now jumped to $18,800 ! Her excuses were that some incentives for military member and college graduation. She did not tell me this at front and wasted my half day. I searched on internet and found Ron Carter Clear Lake also offering the same incentive and -everyone is qualified. I drove 45 minutes from N.45 to S.45, Clear Lake, and this dealer truly honor and kept its promise. I met David Waters, Sale Consultant. I showed him the ads and he gave me an estimate for out of the door price was close to $17,500. I agreed and went on a test drive. Coming back, I met his boss and he agreed to sell me this new 2014 Elantra for the price above. This car also has tinted windows, and he did not charge extra on for this option. What’s a deal ! This is the third car I bought, and this is my first time I do enjoyed buying a new car. Those sale consultants, David Waters, Christian Karamitsos, at Ron Carter Clear Lake, they are very friendly and very professional. Ron Carter Clear Lake truly is a honest car dealership I have ever met. Since I am so happy with their service, I am going to tell my family and friends. I recently visited this dealership in hopes of trading in my car. I was greeted immediately by many friendly people and did not have to wait to get helped. Bryan helped me with exactly what I needed and gave me many options as to which car would be best for me. He did a great job in keeping me within my price range. Once I moved into finance, Christian explained everything in detail and patiently answered the many questions I had for him. My car buying experience here was much quicker than at previous dealerships I had been to. Overall, I enjoyed this experience and would recommend others purchase a vehicle here! More

The experience with the salesperson, Jon, was great! He immediately met with me outside the door and started asking me what I wanted and what I didn't in a new vehicle. The test drive went quite well along with the negotiations on the price. He was understanding in that I had a budget to work with and he did everything possible to get me the deal that worked best for me. All the employees there seem very friendly and both Jon and the finance manager that worked with me were of great help in making the process as smooth as possible. I would definitely recommend this dealership to friends and family and look forward to purchasing another Hyundai sometime in the future. More
