I definitely plan on buying my next Hyundai from Miles and the Ron Carter guys. Now I have the benefit of resting at ease for buying a new and not used vehicle, knowing that I won't have any mechanical issues due to previous owner abuse. The biggest benefit is the interest rate they were able to give me, they fought to get me the best rate, down payment, and rebates; not to mention I won $36 dollars in the cash booth, received $325 in gift cards, and 2 full tanks of gas! You guys made my day, and really set me on track to credit improvement. Thanks again Miles and Ron Carter Hyundai! John Dixon & Jessica Simon. 2014 Hyundai Sonata GLS More

I was coming down with a cold that day and perhaps not in the best mood, I was never rude. 2013 Hyundai Sonata Hybrid. Agreed to sales price out the door not including the trade in with Veronica Hewiitt onl the best mood, I was never rude. 2013 Hyundai Sonata Hybrid. Agreed to sales price out the door not including the trade in with Veronica Hewiitt online. Made an appointment and took the day off of work. The moment I walked through the door I was handed off to Bryan Bittick who worked with her. He knew nothing about the deal. I gave him the invoice number and the price and told him I was ready to buy this particular car as quick as possible so he could go sell other cars. We went out on the lot and checked. No car. We got back and I was told it had sold the night before. CHANGE IN DEAL#1. At this point Bryan Bittick brought the sales manager Phil Lam who said he wanted to make me happy but couldn’t do the price they had quoted me at but could offer me the exact same car from another dealership for a price increase. CHANGE IN DEAL #2. I decided to meet him at his price. I was then informed the price we agreed on included the trade in. CHANGE IN DEAL#3. I was getting frustrated as the deal had changed 3 times already. They offered me a little less than the trade in was worth. I asked when I could expect the car and got a non-committal answer. I asked if it was going to be the next day and he told me he didn’t know but probably. I lived 45 minutes away and I had plans I could not cancel so I wanted to plan my day around it. Fair price reached after 3 hours to haggling. Bryan told me to fill out a review on several car sites giving them a good review. I agreed. He then reminded me again that good reviews were important to them. Again I agreed. 45 minute wait for finance department. I’d been there for 3 h 45 minutes and I was sick. I was not in the best mood after renegotiating. Finance department manager was very helpful and he explained everything to me. At the end he asked me if I was honestly happy with my service I told him I was not. I didn’t plan on renegotiating. I clarified that that I was apprehensive buying a car sight unseen and I’d feel better if the car turned out to be exactly what I had asked for. I told the finance manager that I would be honest in my review of them and would mention how long it took to take possession of the car. I assumed they cared how they were doing. It was more than I wanted to spend but was a fair deal. I was exhausted and sick as after 5 hours of this. Again I asked Bryan again when my car might be ready to pick up and he didn’t know. Drove loaner car home. The next day I called Bryan and again he didn’t know when the car would be ready. It seemed they had not even secured the car yet. Then Phil Lam called me worried about my review after talking to the finance manager. He wanted a perfect review. I told him I wasn’t happy that I might have to wait longer than a day and that how long it took would be honestly represented in the survey. He became very rude and told me that was not a 100% satisfaction and due to this he was cancelling the order. I bought the car, they got my business. All I was going to do was be honest. I explained it wasn’t going to be a bad review just an honest one. No negotiation no nothing. There was no miscommunication with the finance manager so again I explained myself at the dealership. (I speculate that Phil was video recording me with his phone. Light on his Iphone was on) I was told anything less than perfect 10’s were not acceptable. 10’s? His mind was made up but that I could talk to his general manager who wasn’t there at the time. When we left Bryan looked at me and said that I was only going to make $50 off our deal and then walked out. They BUY good reviews with $300 gift cards. Why so many 5 star reviews? No one has that many 5 star reviews. Other reviews had Gift cards held ransom for a bad review, customers verbally assaulted due to bad review. Ron Carter deals in volume deals not service. They made the deal, they should stick with it. More

Broken Promises We live about 50 miles away and tried to do as much research as we could before we visited this dealership. I called several times and was told I wou We live about 50 miles away and tried to do as much research as we could before we visited this dealership. I called several times and was told I would get a call back but did not. Then I called on Monday, March 31 and talked with Nicole Rose about the Elantra SE. She said we would be eligible for $5750 in rebates and discounts. When asked if there were any dealer add-ons or additional costs, she said that the only additional costs were tax of 6.25% and about $400 in document/title fees. The MSRP is listed on the website as is an e-price. Be aware that e-price only applies if you are eligible for ALL the rebates which very few people are. However, I clarified that with her and was told the ones I would be eligible for were $5750. Also be aware the MSRP does not include dealer add-ons. I told her we had a long way to drive and did not want to come over there and be told there were additional charges I was not aware of. She indicated there would not be. So, I grabbed my husband and we drove across Houston to the dealership. We had a nice salesman who said he would try to get the best price he could for us. I told him what we had been told and that was what we would pay. THEN...the lie began. Apparently, this dealership adds about $3000 worth of extra add-ons to all their cars. We told them we were told the price would be the MSRP and TTL. He brought out Phillip Lam, a manager, who said, first of all that two of the rebates we were told we were eligible for were an either/or situation and we couldn't use both (they were both $750). Then he said he could not take off the add-ons and the cost of the car went up $3750 right away over the price we had been told it would be. He was willing to take off the $750 but not the cost of the add-ons. We argued and told him that was not fair and he said "Read the fine print. It says on the website accessories are not included". He argued that the dealership was "transparent" and "open" which is so far from the truth. We pointed out that we talked to his Internet Manager and she said there were no additional costs and add-ons. The website, as well, does not mention these add-ons or explain what is added to the cars. We feel like this omission is on purpose to get buyers in the door and to then increase the price significantly. We will not ever go to this dealership again because we feel like they did not honor the promises we were given. We had an email from Nicole which we brought as proof and that did not matter. More
