Great 1st Car Experience I highly recommend Ron Carter to anyone with bad credit. We went to Ron Carter after applying online for a car. We were told we got preapproved. We made the 40 mile drive even though we highly doubted we would leave with a car. We both have horrible credit (around a 500). We were immediately taken back to speak with Al Kelly, who we had an appointment with. He had us do a paper application and then the finance manager came to speak with us. He explained everything up front about getting approved with our credit. He told us he could get us in a brand new car but with restrictions. We wanted a CTS or Sonata. He told us up front that we would be wasting our time trying to get into one of those cars. He told us the three cars that we would be able to get financed for. We went and looked at those and really liked the Elantra. We test drove it and did the application. Within an hour we were approved. We didn't get the car we hoped for but we still got a brand new car. Which is way better than going to a tote the note place and paying the same amount for a crap car with no warranty. At least this will build our credit and we can trade it in for a better car in a year. Another great thing is their waiting area. We didn't expect to be at the car lot long so we brought our 5 year old. He got very bored very quickly but they have free drinks, hot dogs, popcorn, and snacks. They alsohave a tv for ccartoons and two free arcade machines with 60 games on each. Ir was a lifesaver for us. Albert Kelley was also great. He wound up being from our hometown so we had alot incommon. He came and talked yto us throughout the day and entertainef our son. More
