Car buying can be a stressful situation, in the end... Ron Carter came through. I was even surprised by cookies in the mail. The GM also stepped up to make sure I was taken care of after my purchase. I have to admit, I had my doubts but this dealership ended up leaving a pleasant taste in my mouth. We went to look at a vehicle we saw on line. the ad was a bit misleading, because we though the vehicle would be sold for the price listed. Instead there were promotion that we didn't qualify for. Fastest buy I have ever completed! Miles was very professional while also making us feel at ease. While our short wait on paperwork there was plenty of free food/snacks for us to enjoy and my 5 year professional while also making us feel at ease. The experience with Alexis Camarillo was good. The young salesman immediately met us outside and showed us the models we were looking for. The test drive went quite well along with the negotiations. We finished up the deal with Tony the finance person and were satisfied with the way that everything was handled. I would recommend Alexis the salesperson to our friends wholeheartedly. We already knew the product because we had purchased a Sonata in the past and were completely satisfied with the vehicle and looked forward to owning a second one. The only black eye for Ron Carter was the person who kept us waiting as my wife was fortunate enough to go for the cash in the glass enclosure that was in the showroom. This person then proceeded to behave rudely and treated my wife and I with no respect and completely ignored us. I would not come back to Ron Carter Hyundai when a client is treated in this manner but the reason I would return is because of the salesperson. There should not have been any reason for us to have been treated like we were by that manager especially when we just completed purchasing a new 2014 vehicle from the Ron Carter Dealership. The date of this unfortunate occurrence was March 21st. Thank you Alexis for a job well done and Tony on the financial side for his assistance in the closing of the purchase.
