When i talked to Anthony over the phone saying he could get me into a car i was like you serious. so i was scared to drive a hour to the dealership but when i got there Mr Merchant welcomed me. I called yesterday to see if Ron Carter Hyundai had 3 cars on their lot that we had found on their website. I spoke with Mary and she said yes, all 3 were on the lot. I arrived today and Stephen Payne h cars on their lot that we had found on their website. I spoke with Mary and she said yes, all 3 were on the lot. I arrived today and Stephen Payne helped me. He showed me 1 of the 3 choices that my husband and I had made. He showed me around the car. He allowed me to sit in the drivers seat while he went inside to get a tag. I test drove the car on the freeway and on the feeder. Love the way the car rides. I could see great through all the windows. My husband brought in my BMW that we traded- in for the Sonata Limited. Stephen Payne and John Hewitt were great to work with. We ended up getting a full bumper to bumper warranty. Love the red! Thank you More

We were looking for a reliable car (Elantra) at a great deal for our daughter. Everyone at Hyundai, specifically Jarred, worked vigorously to ensure we received both. The finance people were very friendly and pleasant to deal with. We especially appreciated the manger, Phillip, taking the time to sit down with us while we were waiting for our car and chatting it up with us and expediting the process. One early afternoon recently, I dropped by the Ron Carter Clear Lake Hyundai dealership to merely look at the new Sonata. I had driven one as a rental several years ago and was very impressed by it. I was greeted immediately by Jon Miller, and by late afternoon I was the proud and happy owner of a new Sonata. I have owned many cars in my life, but this was my first time to buy a new car by myself. Jon was incredibly personable and helpful in answering my all questions (and there were many!). It was his sense of integrity and no-pressure style that made me feel comfortable enough to go through with the deal on my own. The car really sells itself, so Jon was the exact profile of my ideal car salesperson. He did several test drives with me and helped me with my trade-in. When it came time to switch cars, he was right there helping me move all my stuff from my old car. After I left the dealership and just as I discovered that I had forgotten my garage door opener clipped to the visor, my cell rings. It was Jon telling me that I had missed the opener and that he would hold it for me. Perfect!!!! He also serves a great vanilla latte!!! Everyone that I encountered at Ron Carter from the financial guy to the manager was very helpful and friendly. I am very pleased with every aspect of my new car buying experience, and would repeat it in a minute. More
