Upon entering the dealership, I was immediately greeted by Jon Miller. He offered me something to drink and then showed me to the vehicle he had already pulled up front for me. He knew what I was interested in as we previously spoke on the phone. We immediately went for a test drive and I loved the vehicle. When we arrived back at the dealership, he immediately got the paperwork started. Jon offered me something to eat, which was free, while I waited. Shortly thereafter, Christian Karamitsos introduced himself to me and was very diligent about getting me a good deal on my car and keeping me informed about where we were in the loan process. Christian did a great job explaining my vehicle loan to me. Jon and Christian were both very good to me during the short three hours I was there. They made the process relatively painless and I got a great deal on a truly wonderful vehicle, 2013 Hyundai Veloster. More

I had done quite a bit of research and since this was not my first car purchase I knew what to expect. I was greeted in the parking lot. I had spoken with Daniel Schatte over email so he knew what I was look my first car purchase I knew what to expect. I was greeted in the parking lot. I had spoken with Daniel Schatte over email so he knew what I was looking for and had it pulled to the front entrance for us to test drive. I was very pleased with the entire process that we went through with Daniel. He never pushed us and continued to get a better and better deal for us each and every time to make sure we were satisfied and that we were getting what we wanted. I felt that right off the bat he understood our budget and didn't try to up sell us with things we weren't looking for unlike other dealers we've dealt with in the past. He got us exactly where we needed to be with our payment and we are extremely satisfied. We are a military family but if we end up here anytime in the future, we will be purchasing from Ron Carter Hyundai again. From Daniel if he's still working there. Our experience with Christian Karamitsos was just as great. He laid out the extra add ons and never pushed us to feel like we "needed" any of them. He was quick and to the point which is exactly what we needed (we were with our 2 year old that was hitting her limit) and on top of that he was extremely kind and relatable. I felt the overall experience was genuine and easy. Im VERY pleased with our purchase here and have absolutely no regrets about our new sonata or experience. I left comfortable in the decision because we got exactly what we wanted and for the price we were able to pay. 5 stars and 2 thumbs up. More

After a devastating 2013, I had to have a new vehicle, no if's, and's or but's. I went online and saw that Ron Carter Clear Creek had a very nice car with low mileage at a reasonable price. When i pulled into the dealership, alexis was already waiting outside to help me.
