I had a very good experience at Hyundai, Gary Crow was so helpful, and really worked hard to get the payments that I wanted. Also, offered to test drive other vehicles, if I could not get the payment that I helpful, and really worked hard to get the payments that I wanted. I went to Ron Carter for my 7500 oil change, while I was waiting Miles informed me of the trade-In program. we looked around and I found a Sonata that I liked test droved it and fell in love with it. Miles was very helpful and worked very hard to get the payments I wanted. When I talked to Scott Sander, he helped me and showed me how the finance would work. My entire experience was very GOOD. I could not have asked for a Better more enjoyable Salesman! I had spoken with Jiian Carrillo on Friday afternoon, scheduled an appointment, and Jilian was standing asked for a Better more enjoyable Salesman! I had spoken with Jiian Carrillo on Friday afternoon, scheduled an appointment, and Jilian was standing outside the dealership on Saturday morning right on time. He walked right up and called me by my name and introduced himself. We took a drive in the 2011 Santa Fe Limited that I had made arrangements to test drive, but as we disembarked that vehicle, one of the finance managers came out and said the car was just sold. I knew when we took the drive that someone had already beat me to it. ( my loss), but I am very happy with the new car I have purchased. Jilian offered me some BBQ to eat, and just in time as I had not had my breakfast yet. I've never been to buy a car and been offered much less a drink and this was lunch!! Great Idea you all. Then, Jilian took me to look and test drive a couple more vehicles. First we started out with a Metallic Blue, took it for a drive, awesome car, but I wasn't wild about the color. Then we went looking at other colors, I had my choice, it was just a matter of deciding which color, interior and what specifics I really wanted. Couldn't find the one I wanted on the front lot, so he drove us to the back where I found the Bronze one that I wanted. We took it for a drive came back then went inside to fill out one sheet of paper. Jilian asked me a couple of questions, and then he was off to the manger. Just a few mins later, not even time for me to doze off, he was back had a couple things to share with me. Then it was back to sit and wait on the finance manager. Not 5 mins later here came Tony Gomez to let me know he would be with me very shortly. Another 10 mins and he came and got me. Once again, a very nice and friendly gentleman to work with. He was very informative about all the accessories available, the warranty information and the finance information. Since my husband was not available he worked with me and made arrangements for Jilian to meet up with my husband on the road the next afternoon to sign the papers. Neither has that even happen before either. These gentlemen wanted my experience to be the best, and it was the best ever. We will be back within the year for my husband to buy him a vehicle.... Rest assured, this was the best experience we have ever had. More
