I took my Cadillac into the Ron Carter service department to get my oil changed and remembered that my daughter had mentioned that her friend owned a Hyundai Elantra and decided to run next door to look at t to get my oil changed and remembered that my daughter had mentioned that her friend owned a Hyundai Elantra and decided to run next door to look at them for my college student. I did not intend on purchasing a vehicle that day, just wanted to browse the lot while waiting for my car. I called my daughter to meet me there, I was really wanting to look at the Sonata's and possibly trade in my CTS. Eric was so nice, so patient and very accommodating. I am in sales, so I explained exactly what I was looking for and the price point we wanted. Eric did absolutely EVERYTHING he could to meet my requirements and find us what my daughter wanted and meet the price point I had to have since she is in college. I am not easy to deal with at the dealerships and Eric did such a good job I would recommend him to anyone buying a car, he made it a good experience. He never lied to me, tried to hustle me or gave me false expectations. Just a great salesman. Personally, I wouldn't mind hiring him for my sales team. Thanks Eric for putting up with me and the kids. I then met w/ finance and met w/ Christian who was very informative and succeeded to get me the interest rate from the promo, 0% financing and he explained everything to me. I always cringe at the finance managers because it seems they always try to sale everything to me when I do not need it. Christian was very understanding and didn't try to bundle unnecessary insurance, warranty, etc. He explained all of the different options and left it up to me to decide what was best for my daughter. Which I did and I am happy that I at least got the GAP included with the car payments since we financed 72 months. When I left the lot, I was tired, but a very happy customer and now I am thinking of going back for the Sonata... Thank you Ron Carter for making my experience so good. We got a "great deal" and as long as Ron Carter and I think we got a good deal, that is a great sale! More

This was by far the best experience I have had while buying a vehicle. The staff was very friendly, they had food and drinks available for the customers.
