I was greeted by a sales person at the front door, ask if I was there to see someone in particular, said "no", so he invited me in his office to discuss my reason for being there. Within about 5 minutes he had a customer with an appointment arrive, so he excused himself, went to get another sales person. Introduced me to a young man by the name of Eric Gomez. Eric was very personable and made me feel comfortable right away. He ask about my needs, and listened to them most attentively. He gave me some flyers, explained some special programs going on, we then proceeded to the lot to preview some of the cars. He gave me some pros/cons as far as the different models I was interested in, and the best one, he felt was suited for my wants and needs. Eric's knowledge of the vehicles and my wants and needs, blended together seamlessly. He did a terrific job...Then I fell in love with a new color on the Tuscon, after that..the other colors were out, a beautiful brown with tan and dark brown interior. He began to search for the Tuscon in that color, it was found on the back lot with a load of new cars that had just arrived. He then began working diligently with his sales manager to come up with a price, a payment and interest rate that was made especially to suit my exact needs. Thank you Eric, Great job! Happy customer! Then you have a great finance person, who was also very personable, organized, dot every i...cross every T, knowledgeable and speedy... Custumer sevice was very good saleman and loan guys were very helpfull. Everone in the dealership was very friendly. I was greeted by Dave as I approached the dealership. He was very helpful in locating the vehicles I was interested in viewing. He promptly got the keys for the vehicles and spent the time to go over the di was very helpful in locating the vehicles I was interested in viewing. We took it on test drive the first day. I wasn't quite ready to buy at the time. Dave contacted me the following day thanking me for stopping by, and asked if I had any other questions. I told him I what I was interested in, and we set up an appointment to look at the vehicles. When I got to the dealership, Dave had the cars ready to test drive. After the test drive, Dave and I sat down, and worked out a great price in a very short time. Throughout the process various other managers came by to make me feel welcome with the whole buying experience. More
