I travelled 100 miles one side to buy a new Hyundai Accent. I called twice before leaving to make sure that the vehicle was available (since I was buying during year end with discount on the model I wa Accent. When I reached there, the salesman looked extremely disinterested in even talking to me. He told me that they are out of that model but they can arrange one from another dealership. I was relieved but that was the end of it. I had to wait for 30 minutes just to get a test drive on a used vehicle. After the test drive they told me that I would have to compromise on my color choice to which I agreed. Then started the price negotiations. They added ~2200 dollars worth of accessories to which I said no and offered a price. They agreed on the price but said that since the accessories are already there I would have to pay the cost ~1000 dollars if not the markup. The accessories WERE HARDLY WORTH $200 so I told them that I am not willing to pay for the accessories. The salesman went and came back with a different offer which was $1200 more. I was shocked. He said that they made a mistake and the initial price was calculated on base model. I asked how is that possible since from the instance I got here we have been talking about the premium model. He just shrugged and said that since I did not sign the previous invoice they can change the price and gave me some non sense about how in spite of giving my price I wanted to negotiate. (That it was all my mistake and I should have just signed the document without thinking about it and my thinking costed me $1200). I told him that I was not negotiating on the prices but on the useless accessories. He told me that the accessories' price are NON NEGOTIABLE and went in to his manager and got me a price $500 dollars lower (but still $700 dollars) more that the initial price and to my shock the discount was on the accessories (which were NON NEGOTIABLE). After 3 hours I felt cheated and wronged so I just left. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone ever (not even to my enemy). More

Tasos Karamitsos was a good as it gets as the sales person who helped me to purchase my 2nd Hyundai Santa Fe! After I did my research, I knew what I wanted and I knew what I wanted to pay for it, and person who helped me to purchase my 2nd Hyundai Santa Fe! Daniel Schatte and Ralph Mandoza, helped me select my new Hyundai Santa Fe Sport suv. This was my first experience with a dealer that made buying a car a pleasurable experience. Everyone at the dealership Hyundai Santa Fe Sport suv. This was my first experience with a dealer that made buying a car a pleasurable experience. Everyone at the dealership was very courteous, and Ralph and Daniel let me test drive several suv's before I decided on the selected model. They knew their cars and answered my questions about the suv's I tested plus offered more details about each suv's performance, specifications, and unique features. Unlike other dealers where there sales persons did not know their cars and could not answer specific question about the cars. After making a suv model selection, Daniel made me a very reasonable offer within the price range I expected and I for the first time closed the deal promptly with out any price haggling. Highly recommend this dealership, to anyone looking for a new car, and ask for Daniel and Ralph. More
