I enjoyed my buying experience mainly due to the assistance of Israel Salazar, the salesman. We had seen several cars online. We had never been to Ron Carter before and ended up in the back of ;th assistance of Israel Salazar, the salesman. We had seen several cars online. We had never been to Ron Carter before and ended up in the back of ;the lot with not a salesman in sight. Israel was checking the inventory and asked if he could help....I had looked for a car for several days.....being 75, I don't make up my mind very quickly. Eager to help, Israel showed me several cars, and within 20 minutes, we were inside, and Israel worked to get me a good deal (including a"sight unseen" trade-in on my old car). He showed me all the "bells and whistles" on my Tucson. The gentleman who completed all the legal paperwork, Richard Deemer, was also efficient and informative. Everyone we talked with went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable and informed on the cars we were looking at. James was an amazing sales person. I had all of my questions answered and felt like he was very fair. He showed me how to register with assurance package and synced my iphone to my car and helped me t questions answered and felt like he was very fair.
