Wow! Ron Carter Hyundai and Brian Bittick were awesome! I drove all the way to Ron carter and I'm glad i did. The dealership in Katy that I went to first had the worst finance and sales manager I have ever s drove all the way to Ron carter and I'm glad i did. I would say that Ron Carter is our home dealership. My parents and I have purchased many vehicles from Ron Carter Cadillac and Hyundai. Our first experience with Ron Carter was with our purchase of the 2010 Veracruz, which was great, great experience, great car. Only problem we had was an electrical problem that appeared and we had t purchase of the 2010 Veracruz, which was great, great experience, great car. Only problem we had was an electrical problem that appeared and we had to be towed in two times in a row. We were treated like we just bought the car off the dealer floor and not someone needing service after 2 years and needing a loaner car and service, Great caring people and we knew we would be back. Today, we had communicated with Miles over the internet for the last few days and set up the visit today, He met us, had everything set up for us to test drive and everything was fine, We knew a budget we had to stay in and when it looked like it could happen, he and his manager found a way and are bringing the car in for us. We signed and they gave us a new Santa Fe to drive as a loaner until our vehicle arrives. Once again, I have no concerns dealing with Ron Carter. They took care of us before and they are taking care of us today. We had recently referred a friend to them last month and they bought a vehicle and received the same great service. Thank you Miles and your Manager Mike, They have been professional, friendly, helpful and have bent over backwards to make this experience as easy and possible. We will always be back as long as Ron Carter continues to have service like they have. More
