Our experience at Ron Carter was excellent. This was our second vehicle to purchase from Ron Carter Clear Lake. Stephen Payne could not have been any more helpful. He was wonderful. James Teng's knowledge of the Cadillac SRX was outstanding. We left the dealer having the basic knowledge on how to work all of the features on the dashboard which was greatly appreciated! I would recommend either of these great men to anyone looking for a great car experience. More

Test drive was allowed to take overnight to give us more time to look at our own pace. Closing the deal resulted in price right where I expected, no disconnects. Since color we wanted wasn't on lot, they time to look at our own pace. Closing the deal resulted in price right where I expected, no disconnects. Since color we wanted wasn't on lot, they had to get one from another dealer. This was accomplished promptly. Best experience I have had in car buying. I was very excited to get the car buying started over the internet. I first was contacted by Christian Karamitsos. I let him know which car I was interested in and and he responded to my first couple of emai internet. I first was contacted by Christian Karamitsos. I let him know which car I was interested in and and he responded to my first couple of emails but then stopped emailing me back and refused to return my phone calls and voice mails. This was a bit upsetting since I was flying in from out of state to purchase this car. Lucky Gary Crow noticed that Christian had stopped responding to my emails and was quick to help me with the process of getting from the Houston airport and in to my new Hyundai! I would highly recommend seeing Gary Crow and will refer others to him. More
