Tasos was a great salesman. I came to the dealership for a repair on my Elantra and after deciding that it was best to buy a new vehicle I was introduced to him. I wanted to buy a car with no money down and just a trade-in. I went to Star Toyota first and my dealer who I even made an appointment with, did not have time for me. He didn't have my financial records that I filled in online and did not even give me the color car I wanted to test drive...not even offer water to drink. I had to ask for water. To say the least, he wasn't a good experience. So I decided to try Ron Carter Hyundai since my trade-in was a Hyundai Sonata. Israel Salazar met in the parking lot, offered me water, and then asked what vehicle was I interested to test drive. I wanted to test drive the Tucson and the Sonata. I did and then Mr Salazar asked me which one did I like the most. I told him the Sonata. He then asked what color would I like. I told him the silver. He got the silver Sonata, had me looked at it and then went on talking about financing. To say the least, I purchased a Sonata with no money down and just the trade in. Tony, the financial agent was very help and very much in helping me get the best warranty possible. I highly recommend Ron |Carter Hyundai and Israel Salazar as the sales person. More
I had my heart set on the Hyundai Sonata for a while, but I was concerned about receiving a fair amount for my 2008 Dodge Charger as a trade in. I stopped in after work to take a look at the Sonata and was greeted by Scott Sanders. He was very relaxed and friendly and didn't make me feel like I was being hassled to buy anything. Two and a half hours later, I left in a brand new 2013 Hyundai Sonata and I received a very fair amount on my trade in, roughly $4000 more than two other dealers offered me. Scott took the time to help me link my phone to my car via Bluetooth and called about a week later to see how everything was going. I am extremely pleased with my purchase and would definitely refer friends and family to visit Ron Carter Hyundai. They even sent a tin can of cookies to my home to show their appreciation! AMAZING SERVICE!!! More

While buying a new or used car is time consuming, our visit at Ron Carter Hyundai was not an ordeal as I have experienced with other dealers. We were made to feel at home. We walked in with the idea just to see what Hyundai had to offer with no real intent on buying a new car. Well that didn't happen. This was our first visit at Ron Carter and we drove away in a new Azera and had no reservations about our deal or relationship. I have confidence that future dealings with Ron Carter Hyundai for service or just help with any problems or questions I may have will be met with complete satisfaction and professionalism. More
