I have never met a more professional car salesman. When I was demanding he was calm. I asked lots of questions about the Elantra GLS which I did purchase, Eric was able to answer all my questions. I was treated so poorly it still blows my mind. I was actually told there by the manager only having my drivers license that I would not be approved and I could not test drive the genesis coupe! Im a 25 y/o female-ICU nurse, awesome credit score-but no they didn't know that-shouldn't have to beg for them to sell me a car!!!!! I think it was because I was a single,young woman walking into the dealership so they figured I wasn't ready to buy-so after that I almost completely let go of the genesis idea all together....Good Thing I Didn't! At Ron Carter I had an exceptionally AMAZING experience- I first emailed Christian because I was too intimidated to go back into a dealership, he never pressured me and gave me plenty of time to feel ready about the big decision I was about to make. Upon meeting him he was friendly, compassionate, very quick to address my needs, and above all "No Pressure"....He let me test drive anything I wanted, and reassured me that he would be there when I was ready to purchase-which was that day by the way because I was so excited about the Genesis Coupe....Left that day with the car I wanted, the payment I needed and yes it was all on my own-so if your looking to purchase a car definitely speak with Christian-he's your man ...........Scott helped too and he was very considerate and attentive...Ryan the manager sat down with me and negotiated the deal.:) and Mike(in finance) was very patient explaining all the Paperwork which is overwhelming, he worked hard with the bank to get me an awesome interest rate-and he stayed late on a Saturday night to get me finalized and ready to drive away in my new car (what more can a girl ask for?)..... I went to the dealership looking for an Elantra. We were aware of the internet pricing and aware that there were good deals to be had. He walked us through the process, finding us all the discounts we were qualified for and worked with us to get a payment that worked for us. Michael Ogaz, the finance manager, sat down and went through several options including extended warranty, bumper-to-bumper. We left with a payment plan that worked with our budget and we left that evening with a brand new 2013 Elantra GLS. This car is a sweet ride. I drive between 200-300 miles a week for my job and it has made those miles much easier to drive. I recommend the deqalership and the car. More

Me and my fiance' decided to visit Ron Carter to look at the new Santa Fe. When we arrived we were greeted promptly by a sales person and wound up speaking with Daniel. He worked very hard to get us into this automobile, and really fought to get our payments to where we would be comfortable. We were to say the least "very impressed"! I would like to also make note that we were impressed with the whole Ron Carter family!! The porter stayed late to make sure that we had a clean auto to drive home, while the finance group worked up the paperwork. And all this was late! We didn't leave the lot before 11:30 that night!!! This was by far the best car buying experience ever for me and my wife. The dealer did not only beat all other dealers for the same vehicle as far as price that we were looking to purchase, but it was a h me and my wife.
