False and intentionally misleading advertised prices Went to dealership to look at the 2013 Elantras with advertised "ePricing" around $14,000 (an advertised $5,600 discount). The only way a buyer ca Went to dealership to look at the 2013 Elantras with advertised "ePricing" around $14,000 (an advertised $5,600 discount). The only way a buyer can qualify for the ePrice listed is if you meet ALL of the following: you are a military vet ($500 value), have recently graduated from college ($400 value) , currently own a Hyuandai ($500 value), will open a new Hyuandai credit card ($500 value), must forego the advertised 0% financing ($1,500 value), and is physically disabled to such an extent that modifications are required to accommodate the disability ($1,000 towards the cost of modifications to the vehicle, i.e. hand throttle controls). You may qualify for some discounts, but ALL criteria must be met in order to reach the advertised ePrice. The majority of the population may qualify for one or a few of these discounts, but I doubt VERY FEW would even come close to the advertised $5,600 discount total. The sales rep stated that this information is listed on the website but it is NOT on the mobile site and if it is contained within the regular site, it is very well hidden because I went back and looked and I couldn't locate it. This activity is misleading, bordering on unethical, and severely tarnishes the Ron Carter dealership name. More
After shopping for cars online and narrowing my decision down to the Hyundai Elantra, I decided to make a trip to Ron Carter Hyundai where I was greeted by Scott Sanders with kindness and enthusiasm. Having down to the Hyundai Elantra, I decided to make a trip to Ron Carter Hyundai where I was greeted by Scott Sanders with kindness and enthusiasm. Having no trade-in and a minimal down payment I knew it would be difficult to get into a new vehicle, but Scott worked diligently trying to get me a deal that I could afford. I ended up driving off the lot in a 2013 Elantra with all the features and color I had requested for only a few dollars more than a 2012. From sales to finance, Scott and the guys at Ron Carter made my experience one of ease and satisfaction! I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to buy a car. More
I was not looking for purchasing a new SUV. I thought I knew what I need. However, the sales staff listened and were a great help. I was able to get a care that I am in love with. Financing was a smoo knew what I need. However, the sales staff listened and were a great help. I was able to get a care that I am in love with. Financing was a smooth process. They were able to get me into the SUV of my dreams and down the road. Go in with an open mind but set what want to spend or don't want to spend. It mad it easier to come up with a deal that was a Win - Win solution. More

My new car purchase was more of a neccessity due to a car accident that totaled my "work" car. I had entered my info the night before I came in so someone would know I wanted to test drive a Veloster. Kilan accident that totaled my "work" car. I had entered my info the night before I came in so someone would know I wanted to test drive a Veloster. Kilan had set up my info and he greeted me when I arrived. He worked hard trying to find the right Veloster for me. Since I had to come back later that afternoon and Kilan was assisting a family finalize their car purchase, Kilan had Soso take over. Sosa was VERY helpful. Several new models had arrived after I left that morning so Sosa went Veloster to Veloster to find the one for me. I bought MY Veloster that night. Sosa kept everything running smoothly and did try negotiate the price for me. It was a very enjoyable experience. I actually had fun with them! More

I received a brochure in the mail that read: "We want your RAV4! How does $24,054 sound?" I have a 2-year old RAV4, and it just so happened I was looking to buy a larger SUV. Husband called and made want your RAV4! How does $24,054 sound?" I have a 2-year old RAV4, and it just so happened I was looking to buy a larger SUV. Husband called and made sure he asked every possible question before we made the hour-long drive to the dealership. We test drove a new Hyundai and were serious about selling my RAV (with sales tax savings) for $24,054 and buying a new Hyundai. Unfortunately at that point, we were told my RAV trade-in price was only $18,000. We left. I filed a complaint against the dealership with the BBB. The manager emailed and called and told me he wanted to resolve my complaint. We agreed on a trade in price (in writing over the internet) that was very close to what was on the brochure that had been mailed to me. Husband and I again made the hour-long drive to Ron Carter Hyundai. The manager met with us and introduced us to a very professional salesman named Tasos Karamitsos. We did not think we could come to an agreement on the sale of a new Hyundai, so we asked for a check for the sale of my RAV4. We were told that as it was Saturday, and since Monday was Labor Day, a check would be mailed to us the following Tuesday. We intended on purchasing a car THAT DAY...if not at Ron Carter...SOMEWHERE. While we were not happy with this "surprise," we still sold the car to Ron Carter Hyundai. Tasos asked us what we were looking for, and I told him "a larger SUV." He had a 2012 pre-owned GMC Acadia that he told me I might be interested in. We test drove it, and we agreed on the sales price. We left in our Acadia, and I am happy to say I closed the case with the BBB as "resolved to my satisfaction" today. I will add, however, that when we went to settle up in the finance guy's office, he added $300 to the "extra charges" for "vehicle etching." I told him if he did not take the $300 off of the contract, the deal was off. He checked with the manager who agreed to take the $300 "add on" off of the contract. I told Tasos I would give him a "thumbs up" online. If you go to Ron Carter, ask for Tasos." More

came in on internet pricing- was told specifically we would get that price.was also told of special services available only from ron carter for ~2300$, when asked if that was in addition or included in p would get that price.was also told of special services available only from ron carter for ~2300$, when asked if that was in addition or included in price, was told included after much run around. Four hours later ( after keys not being available, etc.), we were quoted a price that was not only the internet price but 5000$ above MSRP- including a trade in!was then told we should have read the fine print about incentives. went back and looked- nothing there. however I have looked on competitors internet since and they DO list incentives only. was told by salesman and manager to take price or leave and they would call police! Not a good way to get clients. More
