Kilan was an amazing salesperson to work with - I came into the dealership to look at the Sonata and Genesis only, he was more than happy to show me both cars and test drive both. When the test drives wer into the dealership to look at the Sonata and Genesis only, he was more than happy to show me both cars and test drive both. When the test drives were over he had a better sense of what I really wanted and showed me the Azera - I was sold when he opened the door!! Kilan was very knowlegeable about all three vehicles and was easily able to show me all of the features of each which helped me make better decision. He never pressured me into buying just provided me with a price and let me make my decision. When I returned the next weekend he was very helpful and professional and was able to have me in and out of the dealership in a short amount of time - most painless car purchase I have ever made. Kilan is a true asset to your dealership!! More

I am on a very fixed income and Kilan and the rest of the staff were able to work with me until we found a car that I loved and I was also able to afford. It was hassle free, quick, and relaxed. I worked with Stephen Payne exclusively during my 3 hour visit, he was courteous and professional, and listened to my requests carefully. The management sales director who adjusted the price to my satisfac visit, he was courteous and professional, and listened to my requests carefully. The management sales director who adjusted the price to my satisfaction, was also eager to earn my business. Only near the end of the buying experience was I told by Stephen he would not receive credit for the sale because I was Ralph Mendoza's customer. I had initially been contacted by Mandy Galloway, who I had responded to before I left my home. After I was on the way to the dealer, another internet manager, Ralph Mendoza, sent an email saying he would pull the car that I had expressed interest in around for a test drive. I neither saw this email or Mr Mendoza during my 3 hour visit. And I did not purchase the vehicle I had expressed interest in. I was informed by Stephen that he would receive no credit for the sale, even though he did all the work. Because of my experience, management was willing to do whatever it took to guarantee my complete satisfaction. Ryan Martin the sales director contacted me and indicated that Stephen had made some mistakes. Stephen also contacted me and apologized for accidentally misleading me, it was only his second week at the dealership. Ron Carter Hyundai has a very large volume sales business, which contributes to their ability to offer value pricing. The consumer must be aware of current prices and be willing to negotiate a contract they are happy with. This dealership is ready to work with you to get you in a car you want. I was completely satisfied with Stephen Payne's service and attitude. I would like to add the finance manager I worked with did a good job during our thankfully brief interaction. More
