I would like to thank Anthony Merchant for taking the time to work with me and my wife to help us find the car we wanted. Having been dissatisfied with our search for a car for our daughter, we decided to visit Ron Carter Hyundai to see what they had insofar as either a used or new car was concerned. James Teng, who we were our daughter, we decided to visit Ron Carter Hyundai to see what they had insofar as either a used or new car was concerned. James Teng, who we were familiar with from a previous purchase, greeted us and provided excellent service. He took his time and showed us a wide variety of product. We ultimately made our choice and, with a minimum of effort, we were on our way. Our daughter is happy, and we are happy. Thanks James! More

Sosa was great to work with when purchasing a new vehicle. I was pretty reluctant at first, because I was not sure they could offer me what I was willing to take. I was helped by Jim Holsen and was impressed with his knowledge of the vehicles. He gave me options to be able to get into the car I wanted, and once I bought it, he sat down with me inside the car and knowledge of the vehicles. I was not sidelined by anything in the buying process, but I didn't appreciate having to drive to the dealership for pricing. They said they had a base model car that I wanted, but they didn't say that th but I didn't appreciate having to drive to the dealership for pricing. Anthony Merchant was helpful and knowledgable and certainly within the category of "good salesman". Any low scores are a product of Ron Carter's policies, not Anthony. More

From the moment I emailed Ron Carter Hyundai I felt at ease. I live in New Orleans, but I couldn't find a decent deal near me. After consulting Autotrader, I found that this dealership had the car at the ease. I live in New Orleans, but I couldn't find a decent deal near me. After consulting Autotrader, I found that this dealership had the car at the price I wanted. I drove 6 long hours on a Saturday tired and aggravated with the toll roads in Texas. I was quickly approached by Christian Karamitsos, and offered a cold bottled water. Over the next few hours, Christian took plenty of time explaining the different models and taking me on testy drives. Christian made the car buying process easy and painless. During the deal making process Christian had the assistance of Mr. Sosa, who was like a silent partner, taking Cate of paperwork, calling the bank to get my payoff amount, anything Christian our I needed was attended to. Long story short, I bougwht twithe vehicle I wanted, with the options I wanted, and the price I needed. The process was easy and the dealership was clean and organized. It was worth the 90 dollars in gas, and the 6 hour drive. I would easily recommend this dealership and salesmen in an instant. More

When deciding to purchase a new vehicle I was extremely worried about the haggling and being encouraged to purchase a car that was not in my budget. Prior to coming to Ron Carter I had done extensive resea worried about the haggling and being encouraged to purchase a car that was not in my budget. Prior to coming to Ron Carter I had done extensive research on the Yukon and everywhere I went prior to Ron Carter they were SHARKS! When I entered Ron Carter dealership, no one bombarded me or flocked to me like vultures. They gave me space and time to think about what I wanted. When I was ready Sosa was welcoming and very patient. He walked me through the entire process with no haggling and I still had time in my day to other things, I was not held hostage like most dealerships do. Thank you Sosa for your professionalism and warm welcome, it made my purchase a fun experience. More

The service and experience offered to us by Israel and the rest of the team was outstanding. They were able to put my mother and I into the cars we really wanted and were able to work with us on the price the rest of the team was outstanding. They were able to put my mother and I into the cars we really wanted and were able to work with us on the price allowing us to buy on sight. The options were explained in great detail by Israel and he made us feel at home as he worked diligently to find the cars for us. Our rep in financing, Frank was able to explain the advantages of GAP coverage as well as other great options Hyundai had to offer. I will definitely be sending my friends and family to this dealership for all of our automotive needs. More
