This was the 5th dealership we had visited, it was late and we just wanted to see if they had ANYTHING that might be better than the car we had already picked out at another dealership. He had spoke to Christian earlier in the day and felt like he needed to give Christian a shot to sell him... well Christian was already gone for the day, so Daniel jumped in and worked wonders for us. He showed us a few of the standards on the lot... and when they did not impress, he let us look around, find something that would work for us. We found a Santa Fe that I personally really liked from the minute I saw it, but my husband was going to be a tough sell, not only did the car have to be right, but the price and most importantly the payment had to be right. I know it was not easy, but Daniel not only manage to sell my husband on the Santa Fe, but he managed to get us exactly what we wanted and exactly how we wanted it. He was friendly, honest, and really made us feel like what we wanted really mattered. Buying a car is a long process, it can be stressful and it can be boring and overwhelming and yet we did not feel any of this while working with the staff at Ron Carter.
