Kilan is the most professional salesperson I have ever Kilan is the most professional salesperson I have ever encountered in any industry. We drove in from San Antonio, got caught in a thundersorm and Kilan is the most professional salesperson I have ever encountered in any industry. We drove in from San Antonio, got caught in a thundersorm and a traffic jam, arriving at the dealershipo at 8:59pm. I'm sure there was nothing more he'd rather do than to go home and spend time with his girlfriend. Kilan is very knowledgeable about their products and very professional. Upon completing our business, Kilan not only took us out to go eat at 12:30 in the morning but he made some calls and found us a hotel with special rate for us to stay the night since it was too late to drive back to San Antonio. Kilan then drove us to our hotel since we were unfamiliar with the area. Now that's what i call "customer service". Do not let this guy getaway! Kilan is and will be an asset to any company he chooses to work for. More

Came in on a Saturday...lots of activity there...they even have a face painter/ballon former to keep the kids happy while the parents shop. Met Zaman and his first comment was...You talk, I listen...We found the exact car my wife wanted...pays to keep her happy...I told him I needed to stay in a budget...well he couldn't get where I needed to be but he got close enough...After the smoke cleared we got the car home and I gave it a closer inspection..wallah...found some minor scratches so Monday off I go to complain...to my suprise...no problem, Zaman took it immediately back and within minutes it returned...no scratches... More
