We bought a new Hyundai Tuscon for our daughter. We talked with Christian Karamitosis over the phone several times before we flew to Houston to make the purchase. When we arrived at the dealership he met us at our taxi & had our car ready to test drive. After our test drive he had the car detailed, paperwork ready, and we were able to drive home within a couple of hours. The whole process was smoothe and fast with no suprises. We would definately recommend the dealership to anyone looking for a Hyundai. We would tell them to give Christian a call. The dealership as a whole made you feel very comfortable. I went to the dealership wanting to trade in my 2011 Sonata for a 2013 Santa Fe, and I was impressed with Tasos' friendliness, professionalism, and customer service. I got the price I wanted and was given a loaner vehicle until the exact vehicle I wanted was located, in a neighboring state. (Kudos to the Inventory Manager for making it happen!) I was also pleased with the straightforward experience with the Finance Manager. I’d never had such a stress-free experience, where everything was explained with great detail and I felt like I got the best deal and warranty possible. Before I left the dealership, Tasos was sure to explain all the vehicle features, and made sure I had his cell phone number in case I needed anything else. I would highly recommend Tasos Karamitsos and Ron Carter to anyone for their next vehicle purchase. More

How Great!! We found our new Hyundai Santa Fe on the Ron Carter website and contacted them to get more details. Veronica Recendez responded and made the buying process very positive. Once i showed interest in the car i wanted, he got the test drive set up, and I was off in no time. Sosa and Christian made the entire experience from start to finish, quick, easy, and very straight forward, and any questions I had were quickly answered. I'm very glad I went to Ron Carter, and i highly recommend anyone who wants to get a car without all the hassle and trouble to go over to my friends here at Ron Carter, and ask for Sosa or Christian. I purchased a 2013 Hyundai Elantra GLS last evening (Apr 30, 2013). I sales person that I worked with was Charles Henderson. We have 2 small kids which can make it very difficult to car shop. Fortunately this dealership had a nice waiting area with popcorn, hot dogs and video games that keep the kids happy.
