Took 5 hours just for an oil change. Came 10am and said it might take a couple of hours. Offered a lyf ride. Called after two hours and said it was not done yet. Called again around 2pm Came 10am and said it might take a couple of hours. Offered a lyf ride. Called after two hours and said it was not done yet. Called again around 2pm and Derek Price said could be done before 3 pm. Went there before 3 and still waited 30 mintues. When asked what took so long, the service manager just said, because it's Sat. What's the point of scheduling an appointment when it is not follow the least miminum time. 5 hours for an oil change is just ridiculous! Now I am not even sure if the oil change really done. I usually don't make bad reviews but I just can't pass this one! More

I was contacted by Johnathan Granholm the next day and asked me what car I was interested and I was immediately give a few choices until I came across the one that I wanted. I came in the next day as I was going to trade my previous 2015 Toyota Camry they appraised and then when everything else was checked I made a deposit to reserve my car that was still needing to arrive at the dealership. After a month it arrived and the entire process to buying the car was smooth and easy. He was even nice enough to go through all the car features with me so I knew how to work it.
