We actually went in to get an oil change on our 2002 Venture. While waiting we started looking around the showroom. The traverse caught our eye. Jim came up and welcomed us and showed us around. I have purchased several "new" vehicles in my lifetime and until recently, I always had good credit. My main objectives were to try to upgrade to a "newer" vehicle, improve my credit score and ob lifetime and until recently, I always had good credit. I originally spoke with Rich Wicker on my first visit and was impressed with Rich's efforts to zero in on my needs and various vehicle choices. I wanted my wife to have an opportunity to see the vehicles I was considering to purchase and made arrangements to meet with Rich in a few days. In the meantime, I researched and test drove a few vehicles from other dealerships. It didn't take long to notice the difference in support and effort between the different dealers. When I came in for my second visit with Rich, he was busy with another customer and was kind enough to ask Mike Hemme to assist us. Mike went to work and before long, not only did he and Erica manage to get us into a new Sonic, they got us in a new car I can afford and at the same time work to get my credit rating back on track. I actually went to the dealership to drop off a car I was borrowing that needed to be serviced. Jake was so friendly and non agressive about selling that I felt very comfortable just talking to him and I st borrowing that needed to be serviced. I knew I had to get a car and after I test drove the Malibu I thought this is the car for me. However, I thought the car payment would probably be too much but Jake and the rest of the Biggers staff were able to put an offer on the table that was too good to pass up. Overall, I was thrilled with my car buying experience. Everyone at the dealership was friendly and to me good customer service makes all the difference in the world. When you buy a car you want to know that the staff delivers superior customer service, like Biggers, since you will be taking your car there for future servicing.
