I actually went to the dealership to drop off a car I was borrowing that needed to be serviced. Jake was so friendly and non agressive about selling that I felt very comfortable just talking to him and I st borrowing that needed to be serviced. I knew I had to get a car and after I test drove the Malibu I thought this is the car for me. However, I thought the car payment would probably be too much but Jake and the rest of the Biggers staff were able to put an offer on the table that was too good to pass up. Overall, I was thrilled with my car buying experience. Everyone at the dealership was friendly and to me good customer service makes all the difference in the world. When you buy a car you want to know that the staff delivers superior customer service, like Biggers, since you will be taking your car there for future servicing. Eddie worked with me to make sure I got the van I needed for my family. I didnt qualify for financing at my first visit, but 2 weeks after he called and got me the van! I just purchased a used HHR from Biggers Chevrolet. I had stopped in a few weeks ago and talked with Steve Hoppe, and I told him what I was looking for.
