We went "window shopping" on a Sunday and really liked the Impala. Went back the next day - Monday- and talked to Richard about the car. We had to wait over an hour to see him after an agreement was reached on the purchase. He did stay after normal business hours to complete our transaction, yet did not hurry us to get home. There was a TV room and play area that helped to keep the children occupied. Eddie was nice to them and promised to take good care of the car we traded in when our youngest daughter cried over us no longer having it. More
