I was extremely impressed with the entire process and the way we were treated. Daniel is a new Sales Rep that has been well trained. As a manager I couldn't help but notice how well the facility looked and the staff operated in their positions. Right down to the sidewalks, don't ever think that customers don't notice the small things. Customers that value good service, always notice the details. Just to think, we were at the Ford Dealer down the street, and the sales rep there could not find a way to make us a priority. I am so glad we decided to come and see you all. Not once did I feel pressured or rushed to a decision they made me feel trusted in my choices and explained in detail each thing about the purchase on the car of my choice. They helped me set up my new features in my car and even called me a few days later to follow up on the new car just to be sure I was still satisfied which I most definitly am!
