Overall the exerience of buying a car at Biggers Chevy was pleasant. However, the time it took to actually purchase the vehicle was a little overwhelming. My husband and I left the house agreeing we would not buy only look. Jake was the salesman that took care of us that day. Definitely didn't think we could afford something like that. We sat down, they gave us a price that was within our budget. How could we refuse. We got an awesome 2012 Equinoxes with a price to match. Jake was great at Ianswering our questions and working with us. Never did we feel pushed. It was a great and painless experience. I will recommend Jake Mejaski and Biggers Chevrolet to anyone. More

Mark was beyond helpful. I used to work at Biggers and have seen lots of sales people. Not many take the time to do that and really make a customer feel like they understand everything. We were literally just looking around at some possibilities in used cars. We were met by a salesman and he introduced himself as Rodrigo (Mendoza). He was very nice and personable. When we had questions, he did his best to get the answer - quickly. He made us feel comfortable and we never felt pressured. Somebody might say that the car sold itself, but I wouldn't be too sure. We didn't need a car at that time. We went home to think about it some more. We probably came back to this car and this dealership because of Rodrigo. My daughter and I had been to several car dealers in a week and a half time frame, we walked out of some of them because of poor service. On Saturday, March 3 2012, we walked into Biggers Chevy and met Eddie Jaramillo and what a delight. Eddie was very knowledgable of all the cars we looked at and was willing to help me get into the car I wanted so that I would be happy. We met several gentlemen that day and all were so nice and helpful. The finance division was also awesome. Believe me when I tell you this was the best place we walked into and there is NO DOUBT in my mind, I would go back there for another car! Great job Biggers Chevy!!! More
