My daughter and I had been to several car dealers in a week and a half time frame, we walked out of some of them because of poor service. Eddie was very knowledgable of all the cars we looked at and was willing to help me get into the car I wanted so that I would be happy. We met several gentlemen that day and all were so nice and helpful. The finance division was also awesome. Believe me when I tell you this was the best place we walked into and there is NO DOUBT in my mind, I would go back there for another car! Great job Biggers Chevy!!! More

I have been a Biggers customer since 2004. My salesman for this car, a 2012 Chevy Cruze was James (Jim) Burgess. James was knowledgeable and was able to answer all of my questions. I do a lot of research before purchasing a car, and I dread getting a salesman that does not know his stuff as far as options and standard features. That was not the case here and I was impressed with Jim's knowledge of the car. Jim was also laid back and low pressure, which is a sign of a good salesman. Jim and all of the Biggers staff was very friendly and helpful, and they worked with me every step of the way, and I can't really ask for more than that. Additionally, Jim took plenty of time to explain the features and functions of the new car. I am very happy with my experience at Biggers and will continue to give them my business and refer others to their dealership. I walked in Bigger's Chevy Heaven on 02/23/2012 and I must admit I wasn't feeling my best. I had a cold and was very frustrated with looking for a car for several weeks. However I walked in and was gree must admit I wasn't feeling my best. I had a cold and was very frustrated with looking for a car for several weeks. However I walked in and was greeted by a very nice salesman and I told him I was looking for Joe. He actually went and got his manager and he introduced me to Jake Majaski all were very nice and polite and very patient. Jake took me to look at 5 cars the weather was awful raining and snowing at the same time so you could imagine what I was going through, Jake went and got this huge umbrella and I seen my vehicle right there, we test drove it and I fell in love with my new truck. Erica and Jake processed my papers and I was all set. I literally spent 2 1/2 hrs at a dealership and for me that's great cause I'm usually there at least a full work shift no seriously! We were looking at the Chey Cruz and we met Coke and he explained all of the rebates and incentives for this car. I was very happy working with him and he gave me the best price and I never felt pressured into buying the car. On the day of purchase he spent a long time going over all of the features and functions for this car and helped me install my mobil abt for OnStar. I wasn't intending to buy a car during this visit. Just browsing. When I talked to Jeff and found out what incentives that Chevrolet was offering, it picked up my interest. With gas prices rising and my Volvo using premium fuel the MPG of the Malibu was a real positive. The trade in offer was a deal clincher. Our salesman Mark Ewald was very personable and knowledgeable about the vehicle we purchased; which was a 2012 Chevy Equinox LT1. He got us a great deal and expedited us thru the processs marvelously. After all the paperwork was done, he explained all the fantastic features of the Equinox with a knowledgeable hands on approach. We sat in the vehicle and were walked through all the great stuff this suv can do and he helped us set it up to our preferences. We know for a fact that the Service Department is top rate because we have used Biggers to service my 1999 Cavalier thru the years and we will use them for the Equinox. They are a efficient, knowledgeable and caring dealership. In my and my husbands experience, you can't go wrong. More

I have gone to this dealership many times for service on my 2008 Malibu. Well I finally decided it was time to go from 2 vehicles to 1. Well I went to the dealership to find information on the 2013 Chevy Ma my 2008 Malibu. Well I finally decided it was time to go from 2 vehicles to 1. Well I went to the dealership to find information on the 2013 Chevy Malibu Eco. I was greeted when I got there by Jeff. I told him I was there to see a friend that worked there.. He instantly said he would work with me and Bob the GM of sales on a deal. So I test drove the car and was impressed with the interior and exterior and the ride. Well I original was gonna trade in one car and pay the balance off when I sold the other to Carmax. Well instead I was told I could sell both to Bigger's and have a check for the left over cash. So I agreed. They were more then reasonable to work with on trade value and meet my values of acceptability. The finance paperwork went quick. The only thing that I wish would have happened the same night was getting my check for the left over money which I was told I could pick up on Wednesday or Thursday, So giving I get the check and don't have a hassle getting it ..I'd recommend this dealer.
