The experience that we had at Biggers Chevrolet was phenomenal! The first time we went in, on Thursday March 4th, we met with our sales man, Richard Winchester. He had a heart of gold and was willing to anything in his power to help us reach our desired price on the purchase of our 2008 Impala SS. Unfortunately, we had to leave empty handed that day. However, 2 days later we received a call from Richard, just to see if we were albe to figure something out on our end, he really wanted to see us go home in the car that we wanted. Saturday, March 26th, we returned to Biggers Chevy, and were able to work out a deal that worked for both us and the sales manager. A very fair price for the vehicle we took home, as well. We had to wait fora little while for Richard to finish up with another couple, but were treated with great respect and interest by the other employees on the floor. This experience, again, was a great one. Richard took care of us with the same zest and motivation that we encountered on the first visit. Once paperwork was complete on Richard's end, we visited the business office. The"finance guy", whose name seems to have slipped my mind, was amazing. He was extremely efficient and knowledgeable in his work and was extremely nice! The process went smoothly and quickly and we were out the door with our "new" used car within ten minutes! Overall, the team at Biggers Chevrolet provided the best car buying experience we have ever been through! Quick, efficient, and willing to compromise. Despite the long drive (from Woodridge) we will certainly be returning to Richard and his team for all future purchases! Thanks for a great time! More

I went in for service and after finding it was not worth repairing my bought my previous 1997 Blazer and my Daughters Trail Blazer there as well. Darrick Triplett helped us figure out the best vehicle for our needs and took the time to address our numerous questions. Dealing with Biggers, Elgin, is a joy for me and my wife because we have been affiliated with them since 2003 when we bought a 03 Impala. Biggers is the only place we ever had any service done (except rear because we have been affiliated with them since 2003 when we bought a 03 Impala. When we started to shop for a new car, we went to a few other places but just felt we needed to go back to a place where felt comfortable and where "honesty" with the customer is the feeling. We are now trying to get used to our beautiful new Malibu. I'm sure it will bring us many years of enjoyment just like our Impala did for almost 8 years. More
