Salesman Steve Hoppe handled both transactions and I found him to be extremely knowledgable and courteous. He was able to address all my concerns in a very professional manner and took the time to fully explain all of the features of the cars. The new Impala was financed through Biggers and Finance Manager Steve Reiter was also very courteous, helping me get a great rate. He was able to explain all of the confusing paperwork in an easy to understand manner and it was a very "painless" experience. I woild highly recommend Biggers to anyone who is car shopping as my experiences at Biggers with the sales people and service department personnel have been outstanding.
