I personally have sent a few people their way and all of them came away with a car because its an unbeatable experience. Its a refreshing dealership that has miraculously figured how to treat people in a business that all too often fails to comprehend how to put the customer first. The people that work here destroy the stereotypical dealership, which can't even hide the fact that all they care about is your money. Emal runs a place that cares about you finding your car for a price you can afford, and that is what a dealership should be about. Jim was great to work with and went above and beyond as far as I'm concerned, contacting me personally about coming in for a trade-in at an optimal deal that I could obtain. He saved me hundreds and, needless to say, their follow through with customers is amazing. When I was contemplating cars, he found a way to be supportive with my thought process without intruding. Nate surprised me with the numbers, making the purchase a no brainer, and made the signing process easy and painless. I can't express enough how happy I was with the vehicle I came away with and the price I would pay for it. If anything else, this alone is worth coming back, but the people make it a must. I don't know if I can find another dealership like it, I haven't before, and I haven't looked elsewhere since. More

seriously amazing! i leased a car from this dealer 3 years ago & decided it was worth it to look into returning it early & getting a new car. i ended up purchasing inste i leased a car from this dealer 3 years ago & decided it was worth it to look into returning it early & getting a new car. i ended up purchasing instead of leasing another mitsubishi outlander sport (the 2017 LE version). i came in thinking i preferred the SE model over the LE, but after going through all sorts of specs with me about each car, Tom Bitner helped me decide on the better option for myself. he was incredibly patient & explained every little detail to myself & my family. he even went out to another dealer just to get the specific color & model i liked. he even helped me the next day when i couldn't figure out how to connect my phone & car via apple play. he helped make a usually very stressful task seem 100x easier. not only do i recommend this dealer, but i super especially recommend asking for Tom.
