My local dealerships in the Reno and Carson City area could not repair my truck, So this left me with one option to drive 12 hours to Yuma, Arizona to get it serviced at Alexander Ford. My vehicle was taken in and questions were asked pertaining to the repair. parts were in stock and the repair took approximately 45 minutes. I was back on the road with my vehicle fully functioning. I needed an oil change and was trying to find time to bring my car in and your service person said oh we’ll come and pick it up for you. It was wonderful. I didn’t have to stop what I was doing and sit i bring my car in and your service person said oh we’ll come and pick it up for you. It was wonderful.
