Misleading, would not recommend I had my vehicle listed for sale. This dealership contacted me and said they would be interested in buying it. I explained to them I live an hour aw I had my vehicle listed for sale. This dealership contacted me and said they would be interested in buying it. I explained to them I live an hour away from their dealership and I do not want to waste my time with any crazy low offers. They assured me that would not be the case and that it was very likely they could do better than trade in value, somewhere in between that and private party value. I go to the dealership they appraise my vehicle which is two years old and in very good condition. They then offer me 2,000-3,000 less than KBB or NADA trade in value. I understand dealerships need to make money but they do not need to rob or mislead customers and waste their time. My morning was wasted at this dealership and I was mislead and insulted. I would not recommend them. More

Moments later it appeared on the credit report. Maybe it was a blessing he showed his true colors immediately. We drove to Ramey Chevrolet to experience car buying as a honest transaction in a friendly environment. They actually still wait to check the buyers credit after they find the vehicle the customer wants (and work their butts off doing it). More
