I don’t know about not meeting Internet price comment above they’ve always worked with me is all I can say but the service is five star. Our last car we bought was in 15 and we’ve had it serviced there for the past six years and they always manage to work ascend and always have coupons and discounts for us as Honda customers Friendly people friendly staff and great service. Our Honda had severe electrical problems on our trip back from Florida. The dealer we bought the car from recommended Bill Cole Honda. They said they would have to do a complete electrical test but found that it was merely a loose connection on the battery and they didn't charge us anything even though they spent over an hour of time helping us. In particular, I want to thank James S, who was our service consultant. He explained things well and gave us confidence to drive the rest of the way home and we did get home! I have high confidence in this dealership!

Did my research online first so I would know the value of my trade and would be well versed in what I was looking for. They directed me to the exact model I was wanting (an HR-V) and let me drive it without pushing me toward anything else or asking anything about financials. When I decided to purchase, they made the process smooth and allowed me to see various breakdowns with and without options and extras. They let me be the sole decision maker and never pushed anything on me. The one thing that did annoy me was the refusal to remove the destination fee, which I've always managed to get removed on all of my four previous new vehicles. I really wanted the vehicle, though, so I didn't argue too much. Overall, it was a friendly and efficient process. I would certainly visit this dealership again.

Love our Honda CRV and anytime we need service the crew here is always attentive and knowledgeable. We’d like to call particular attention to WALKER HIPPS as what we think is an outstanding exemplary ASSISTANT SERVICE MANAGER. I had technical issues with the CarPlay that Apple service and Best Buy geek squad couldn’t fix. One said to go back to the other and ultimately we came to Honda service. How fortunate we got WALKER as our service representative that day. Turned out it wasn’t an issue with the infotainment system and WALKER was as perplexed by this as everyone else was. During the time he spent with us he was personable, informative, patient and quite knowledgeable. WALKER kept at solving the glitch until it was finally resolved. We were fortunate to have had him assist us and your dealership is quite fortunate to have him in your employ. Thank you again WALKER for taking the added time to help two technically challenged eager to learn customers who are appreciative of all you did.

I have purchased 4 Hondas from this dealership, and they have always been professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. Never pushy or rude. In September of this year, Billy Marshall sold me an Insight, and I love the car! Mr Marshall was very pleasant and stayed with my husband and I way past closing in order to complete the deal. He never acted annoyed or impatient. I returned later to go over all of the bells and whistles on the car. He took his time with me and gave a thorough explanation for all the electronic gizmos on the car. I also want to compliment Beth and everyone else I have worked with in the service department. They are always courteous and professional. This is the first dealership I go to when looking for a new vehicle. They have never let me down!

I have purchased a brand new S2000 MY04 this february. I have taken the car for two alignments. First was because they need to replace an A-arm that was bad. When I got my car back the steering wheel on it aimed 3-4 inches to the left in order to go straight. This was a lack of detail and service, they fixed it right away when I turned around but affected my days schedule. The Second time was yesterday, I took my car for an alignment and they kept the car all day from 9am, when they started working on the car and it was ready by 4pm. The steering wheel was again off line. Does anyone car to drive the car or check to see if the steering wheel is straigt. What kind of training or incompetence are servicing our cars? What is next? No brakes... I am leaving on a trip with my car and I am looking at an offline steering wheel. Is this the service I should expect for an S2000? What is going on Honda???
