Expensive and not customer friendly Expensive service & I had to return three times in order to have my vehicle repaired. I love my new Ford Fusion Hybrid!! I recently purchased a new Gord Fusion Hybrid. He was so good taking his time and giving helpful tips and answered questions and didn’t rush me. He was also great with our kids when signing paperwork and finding something for them to do and occupy the time. He made them laugh and that meant so much! I absolutely love my new Fusion and feel great that it’s better for the environment. I wasin the fence about switching from an SUV back to a car but I love the way it drives and my children are more comfortable in this new car! I would recommend anyone check out Bill Collins Ford!
