This dealership is all business and they care about is their bottom line. I went in with serious intentions on buying an F-150 for sale with a good deal, and the salesperson immediately wanted to start my paper work for purchase without even starting to inspect the vehicle, assuming I couldn't afford the truck. Then when it came to done to the final sign my work called me into to come in early, so I took it as a sign to take a minute to consider. They 'offered' to let me drive it off the lot before finalizing the paper work, as long as I put my $500 down. I asked them to hold on to the paper work until I got off work at 3 (I was there at 9 am) and they said they would do what they could with the truck. I called less than an hour later to tell them I would be back at 3 for certain to pay, ready to give them my card numbers for the down payment over the phone, the salesperson told me to wait 30 minutes, and an hour later she notified me, 'car sold, sorry'. Just to exemplify their rudeness and lackluster approach to their costumers. With numerous Salespeople, Bill Currie Ford supports a cut-throat business environment that causes a poor rapport with possible costumers. They boast a 'family' atmosphere but clearly don't support one. If you're going in 100% to buy a truck or car at the price you saw online plus tax, tag,and title without driving or inspecting the vehicle, then this is your place. Otherwise I would advise ANY OTHER DEALERSHIP. More

Bill Currie Ford had exactly the package we want (ok, with the exception that it has a moon roof we DON'T want, but not a deal breaker). In the course of our search we ran across this dealership, who had the nearly perfect car. Jim from the Internet department called me, and I answered. We had a very nice conversation until I asked him what the Z plan price for the vehicle was. Suddenly, our conversation was over. Jim began repeating into the phone, "Hello? Hello? I can't hear you" and hung up on me. I called back. Got the receptionist no problem, who put me through to Jim from Internet sales. When I said my name, again I was met with, "Helo? hello? I can't hear you." I asked my husband to call. THIS time, Jim said, "oh, I'm with a customer, I'll call you back with the info." Do I even need to say it? Of course he never did. I would NEVER buy a car from this dealer, with or without Z plan, and will be sure to tell everyone in the market to steer clear! Ick. More

He was very patient and considerate to my needs, as I am an elderly person. He asked me a few questions to help select the right vehicle. When I arrives he had the vehicle waiting and Ken Lee standing by to help. The both made my visit, fast , fair, and friendly. I will send everyone I know to those two. A class act the are. I used Bill Currie 10 years ago and had problems. I tried them again 3 months ago and still had the same problems. I have 15 Ford trucks in my fleet and can not get basic service done in a day. I visited Bill Currie Ford to look at a vehicle on the used car lot. A salesman from the new car section was very friendly and took me across the street to see the used car. The car was in great cosmeti used car lot. A salesman from the new car section was very friendly and took me across the street to see the used car. The car was in great cosmetic condition.I loved it. We took it for a test drive, he gave me an AutoCheck report showing NO accidents and quoted a selling price of $11,500. I asked what reconditioning had been done and was told they thoroughly inspect it and fix what is needed. He gave me a list of what had been done. I asked if I could take the vehicle to my mechanic and was told yes, though they have some "really good Ford mechanics" that have checked it over. I made arrangements with my mechanic and the salesman to take it for an inspection, paid for out of my pocket. Understand that I do not expect a used car to be perfect, even when told it has been thoroughly inspected. Honest disclosure would be appreciated. My mechanic took one look at it and said it looks like it has been in an unreported accident. Sure enough and very obvious, numerous front end parts had been replaced.and/or painted. No way Ford did not notice. Furthermore, the transmission, oil pan, timing cover, valve cover and left rear shock were all leaking. The rear tires were worn to the base. I was shown and things were very clearly leaking. Total repair estimate, a good part due to the transmission having to be removed, close to $2,000. On my return drive to the dealership the check engine light came on. I told my salesman the findings, including my concern that there's no way their mechanic looked under the hood, or anyone with any knowledge of cars, and didn't see the evidence of an accident. He now told me that "their Ford mechanics" didn't do the work, "he" (the used car manager I would presume) sent it out for the work to be done and they don't report back that sort of information. I asked if someone could read the code for the check engine light or would that be too much trouble to do right then and he said yes, it would be too much trouble. It would have to go back to service and he didn't think they were there that day. (It was a Sat around 1:30--Service Dept is open 7:00-5:00) He told me that the light sometimes comes on after an oil change. Finally he told me that $2, 000 was too much repair work to be done and the car would just be sent to auction, where, now get this, they would get $10,500 for it. A 2007 vehicle with 98,600 miles, that they were selling for $11,500! Really? I'd like to sell my car at that auction! That was insulting. I knew at this point that he was done with me, was missing out on some NEW car commission, so I left aggravated and disappointed. I've NEVER written a online review of any kind but I grew more and more angry as I drove home. I felt deceived and like I had just left a buy here/pay here lot, not a "reputable" car dealer. Actually I would have gotten a better price at a buy here/pay here. Car dealers have a bad reputation and Bill Currie Ford is NO different. BEWARE. DO NOT TRUST BILL CURRIE FORD TO BE HONEST WITH YOU! (I am not using the salesman's name because I don't feel right about doing so online.) More
I bought a car on Saturday and it is still sitting in the service department the following Sunday for repeat problems that should've been handled during their supposed 130 point inspection. Managers and sales people were very rude and just as incompetent as their service department. It feels like a week long nightmare prank that cost me a fortune. More
I had called to ask about trading in a Lexus is250 on a diesel 4x4 pickup, and was told to come on down, they had a great one for me. It turned out to be true - I got a great deal on a great truck, good tr diesel 4x4 pickup, and was told to come on down, they had a great one for me. It turned out to be true - I got a great deal on a great truck, good trade-in value, even though they're not technically a Lexus dealer, and both my wife and I were treated exceptionally well! I really can't say enough good things about how quickly and easily Terry Wood (Internet Sales Manager, I think) got us taken care of. It was the single most enjoyable, effortless, and stress-free vehicle transaction I've ever been involved in. My experience at Bill Currie Ford was far better than my experience with any of the BMW or Lexus, or Toyota dealerships in the past. These same dealers, from whom I have bought brand new vehicles, didn't seem to care much about after-care, or customer care/experience. I am confident that this will be much better at Bill Currie Ford, based on my experience so far. Thanks to Bill Currie Ford, and especially thanks to Terry! Make sure to ask for him, he's a heck of a great guy, and really cares. You'll see! More
Beware of this FORD DEALERSHIP and it's sales practices. I was in communication with one of there Internet salesman. We has spoke of two vehicles, sent numerous emails about specific Vin numbers practices. I was in communication with one of there Internet salesman. We has spoke of two vehicles, sent numerous emails about specific Vin numbers and he also sent the picture of the specific vehicle with the MSRP and the final price. Wife and I went to dealership, salesman Geoff Patterson stated here is the vehicle. We looked at it got inside and was satisfied. Signed paperwork. Next week I went on line to show coworker a similar vehicle I purchased. UH OH the exact vehicle that Geoff Patterson quoted me was still on the lot. I couldn't believe it, I went home looked and my Vin number and the MSRP they were different. The vehicles were very similar to the one I was looking at except an upgraded locking rear end $470.00 difference. I take responsibility that I had a duty to confirm the vehicle. Called Spoke to Geoff and Lou Pepe the supervisor, they stated it was not intentional they deal with stock numbers not Vin numbers. GOOD THING THEY DIDN'T SELL ME A VEHICLE THAT I GOT THE ADVANTAGE ON. Could not believe how they acted after I caught them in there "dealings". Lou stated I will give you $300,00 to give us a 5 star rating. Told him it was not about the money. STAY FAR AWAY More
